Our Mission
Our mission is to raise breast cancer awareness, inform the community about early detection, and generate funding to support our community members battling breast cancer.
Our promise is to keep 100% of the funds raised within the Yuma community.
Our goal is to support women and men diagnosed with breast cancer and relieve some of their worry while they focus on their families and healing.

Bridget’s Gift was formed in honor and in memory of our dear friend and angel Bridget Orta Martinez, who lost her battle with breast cancer in February of 2011. Bridget touched so many lives while fighting for her own. The Yuma Community rallied around her and raised funds to help her receive the care she needed – expenses beyond what

Bridget touched so many lives while fighting for her own. The Yuma Community rallied around her and raised funds to help her receive the care she needed – expenses beyond what medical insurance would cover. Bridget’s wish was that other women and men affected by this horrible disease would have the same resources available to them in times of need.
