Our mission is to raise breast cancer awareness, educate the community about early detection, and generate funding for breast exams and programs which eradicate breast cancer. Our promise is to keep 100% of the proceeds within the Yuma community. Our goal is to provide information to women and men diagnosed with breast cancer and to offer support to their families and friends.

Bridget’s Gift was formed in honor and in memory of our dear friend and angel Bridget Orta Martinez, who lost her battle with breast cancer in February of 2011. Bridget touched so many lives while fighting for her own. The Yuma Community rallied around her and raised funds to help her receive the care she needed – expenses beyond what

Bridget touched so many lives while fighting for her own. The Yuma Community rallied around her and raised funds to help her receive the care she needed – expenses beyond what medical insurance would cover. Bridget’s wish was that other women and men affected by this horrible disease would have the same resources available to them in times of need.
